Learn specific meditations to channel the energy for reaching a Soul Connection, go inside and find out who you are with past life insights and release emotional blocks. Here is an opportunity to delve into Spirit, and feel the Soul – one of the most spiritual aspects of a Yoga practice. Through making the connection to our soul we can achieve insights and visions resulting in transformation. There will be a nature activity during your retreat during the summer in Costa Rica from Jan – June, we will hike as a group to the giant Nauyaca Waterfalls or you can go by horseback, or do another option. Bring hiking boots if you like hiking ! And in July – Oct we will have the opportunity to see the whales and dolphins – a very spiritual experience! Our soul connects to these ocean dwelling creatures, as long lost communications occur on a extra sensory level! You come away feeling revived and at peace on a deep emotional wavelength.
